so far today i have had

ww blueberry muffin 4pp
ww bread 2pp
ww jam 15ml 1pp

2 warburtons thins 6pp
ham 1pp
pack of snak a jacks 2pp

going to have some pineapple now

me too ive got my first weigh in tomoro and i cant believe i will have lost anything
im eating my 29 point and dipping into 3 or 4 of my weeklies every day

really hoping this works because it doesnt feel like a diet at all
 
I also feel like I eat too much, but when I compare it too what I used to it I have alot more healthier option and fruit n veg now! Iv lost 8lb in 3weeks, slow and steady but its comin off x
