Does anyone know the syn value for this??? It is my favourite dish at Chinese take away! I can eat a whole carton easy!!!

Sorry, i'm not sure how many syns it is but I would love to know too. I LOVE shredded chilli beef.

I love this dish too, but having cooked this I dont the news will be good. The beef is coated in cornflour and sugar before being deep fried and coated in a sugary sauce...............Does anyone have a SW version ??? Lol!!!

Mmmmm a SW version would be fab??? I guess still use the corn flour and sweetener?? But what to use for the sauce and what to fry it in!?!
