i work 8-2 or 2-8 and in the mornings i cant eat breakfast then im starving by 10am i get a 15 minute break and have a kettle and a microwave but would need to be something i can eat quick without too much fuss, on an afternoon i work through tea time and theres aways sandwhiches and cakes around which i tend to eat but would like something a bit less points. thanks in advance.
