hi this is my own recipe and is only 12 pro points for the whole lot so you can work out your portion size for how much you want to divide by
chicken liver pate
2 cups of 150grms each raw chicken livers
I med red onion
2 cloves garlic
1x 50grm tomato paste sachet
1 tsp parsley fresh or dried
1 nip brandy 30ml
chop the livers and fry in a couple of squirts of spray oil
microwave the finely chopped onion in a little water till soft
drain onion and add to livers, gently fry until the livers are no longer red and cooked through
add the garlic and tomato paste
continue to cook till all are well mixed add the parsley and brandy
put into a bowl and vitamise until smooth
store in the fridge once its all cooled down
serve with toast or crackers ......luvverly
