sea kelp

Does anybody know if u can use sea kelp on ss pls? Thanku xx

When I was on LL I was always told no additional non prescribed supplements. I'm fairly sure SS on Cambridge is the same. If it's not on the what you can have list (foodpacks, tea coffee, water, water flavourings, MAM, fibre, vegetable drink) it is not something you can have on SS.
