Hi,
I'm loosing the weight but wondering where to stop. I'd really appreciate a little advice.
If I go on my BMI its telling me I should be a weight I haven't been since I was a teenager
I'm all for it but I'm also realistic ... size 28 jeans are a thing of the past :sigh:
So..... is there another way I should be looking at this?
