:eek::cry:Hi evry 1.
been on the WW site today and found a class near me for Tuesday.
What exactly are pro-points? sorry to sound dim just cant understand some of the stuff on the WW site.
Thanks

Pro points is a number attached to the food you are allowed to eat a day! The number you are given depends on how much you weigh. the minimum you will get is 29, I'm on 35.
That number 35 then breaks down (like calories) into allocations alloted to food.
Fruit has no pro points so is basically a "free" food - just be sensible on amounts! Almost all veg fall into 0 pp except for a few, potatoes, peas, sweet potato, sweetcorn, these have pp allocated to them.
Every food item has a pp allocation that is dependant on weight, and ready meals have allocations as well.
An example would be a bag of Weight Watchers crisps is 2 pp but any other crisps are generally 4.
Weetabix is 3pp for 2 weetabix and 1/4pt skimmed milk is 1 if you have that for breakfast it's 4 pp leaving you x for the day, as you eat you track and write down what you eat and stop when you get to the end of your points for that day! You get books that have weights and pp in them to help.
Now for the confusing bit, you get an extra 49 pp per week that you can take as you like! You can either take the 49 and use them all at once for a night out etc or you can take them as 7 extra a day, it's up to you. If you don't use them you can't carry them over to the following week they're gone. They're just there to enable you to carry on having a normal life!
I hope this helps
If I haven't explained it very well just shout!
I'm sure you'll get more replies though
Good luck for Tuesday
