Hi guys did my second weigh in this morning and I'm just over 3lbs down this week which is really good ( though was hoping for four :p optimistic much) so that's 10 pounds in two weeks what other deit can say that at. Even still I have 76 pounds to lose til I reach my goal it seems so far

Don't focus on the goal, focus on how well you're doing! You will get there you know, just think, two weeks ago you a whole 10lbs further from it! Really well done! :)
 
Well done. Try and create some mini goals, and take your mind away from the final finish line
 
Thanks guys I really do feel good about my lose now. See u next Sunday for another great one I hope. Gonna try make the flex mims tomorrow but after my cheese crisp failure I'm gonna be weary lol
