Hey guys... Well I felt totally fat last Sunday, bloated and quite angry.. Had gone back to 80kgs which mortified me because I had levelled at 75 for 5 months...I was always wanting to lose a bit more but kept losing a couple then regaining you know how it is... Anyway last Monday I went for it and restarted.. I had a days worth left so my weigh in day is tues... Feeling a lot less bloated already .. So here's hoping...
