Would it knock me out of ketosis?
Am back on SS and really want something sweet :(
There are 8 calories, 1.6g protein, 0.5g carb and trace of fats per serving.
Any ideas?

i'm hoping yes but thinking no whats the list of ingrediants

Will try the lollies tomorrow, thanks
Will look at the jelly ingredients too but i doubt I can have it even though it's low calories.

you can make jelly from the cambridge drink. Just buy some gelatin and make up 5g of water flavouring with 1pint of boiling water than mix sachet of gelatin, separate into for portions and leave to cool before putting fridge overnight and viola jelly :)

hartleys sugar free jelly has citric acid in it so be careful as the likelyhood is it could very well knock u out of ketosis.
however, i used to make cambridge style chocolate trifle which i had most days and it is delicious.
here is the link to my old post with the recipe and pictures.

to make the jelly i use 450mls cold water in a bowl, then melt one sachet of supercook gelatine in 50 mls boiling water in a cup and once thoroughly dissolved add to the cold water, add 1 teaspoon of CD orange or berry water flavouring and then add a few drops of food colouring, allow to set in the fridge for about 2 hours.

To make the tetra mousse: pour a tetra into a jug , swill out the tetra container with a small amount of water and add that too (im greedy, want every last drop :D). use a rounded scoop of mix a mousse and add gradually , blending at the same time. pour over the jelly and leave to set for 10 minutes in the fridge..... then ENJOY :D

yeah, any at all. obviously u only use a few tiny drops but thats all u need.
i tend to use yellow (makes an orange jelly), red (for a raspberry looking jelly) or green (for a lime looking but its VERY green, lol).
i have in the past used black ( it was all i had in) and i must admit the appeal wasnt the same. i thought it might look like blackberry but alas, it looked like charcoal. lol

Im just waiting for the jelly to set...fingers crossed it works! Will report back later lol! Hopefully with a spoon of trifle in hand! :)
