Here i am starting from scratch again

I am going to start over again has i am creeping back up.I have already put on a stone from my lowest weight ekkk.
I have been really bad and i haven't really cared to be honest.But if i don't stop doing what i am doing i am going to be 16 stone again before i know it.
So back on the plan being quite strict with myself.I am doing it on my own and weighing on at boots on fridays.Anyway good luck everyone

Best of luck to you Amber! I'm in a similar situation as the 3 stone I lost on SW between 2007 and 2010, I've managed to pile back on the first 6 months of 2011.
