pickled cabbage

Nearly there...
Any idea if any pickled cabbage is ok? Just had some lidl and it seemed too sweet??

Lol I had it one evening n panicked n emailed CDC and she luckily got straight back saying it's fine haha xx

I've been addicted to pickled cabbage when doing SS+ days! Making my mouth water with just the thought of it lol! I can't have an open jar cos I just have a spoonful when it's there!

It's a sad day when I'd rather have a spoonful of pickled cabbage than chocolate!
 
is there any other pickled things we can have eg beetroot
 
Lol I have to say I now eat pickled cabbage with cottage cheese which in the real wordless wud be disgusting but in CD world is lovely haha x

Just wanted to bump this one up again - hoping someone (a CDC??) can advise me? Will also ask my CDC on Weds....
So. I had the above from Lidl, was concerned that it tasted too sweet. Its ingredients include sugar.
Went to Tesco yesterday and there were 2 brands of the same.
Heinz had sugar listed as an ingredient, the other didn't - I can't for the life of me remember the brand.
I'm going to be gutted if the blinking Lidl stuff has been the cause of my cravings and dire hunger over the last few days....
Help????!!!
 
I got a jar of Haywoods in Tesco - no added sugar - yay!! :D

Lol I think my fave is Heinz but never looked at sugar on that one. Mix it with fat free cottage cheese it's yummy xx

Hmm, that sounds nice!! Well I WI tomorrow and the weekend is planned off, so will be SSing it for a few days next week. Will defo bear it in mind, tho. Thanks xx
