14 week boot camp begins now!!

My second year at uni is officially over and I have 14 weeks until my third year begins.

I have that fantastic window of opportunity to finish my weight loss and wow everyone upon my return.

I am currently at 15 stone. I plan to be 12 stone when I get back, I have worked out that I need to lose on average 3lbs per week. So STRICT induction, clean and green with NO atkins products (I have learnt that these have been my downfall) and plenty of exercise is about to commence. I know I will get fantastic support on here, and my head is finally in a place where I can properly focus and get the job done. I will not be moving on to OWL until I am 12 stone.

I am going to go hell for leather!! But for now, I will be enjoying my weekend because it is my birthday on tuesday and I'll be darned if I'm not eating cake ;)

Any tips, hints and advice are welcomed also :D

Wow what a great weightloss, well done you!! Can I join you on your boot camp? I feel sure that with the success you have already had that you will achieve great things before you go back to uni. I am at 15'4 and would love to do a bootcamp challenge or something. I don't have to go back to uni in sept, but I do have my 30th birthday in Oct and need a kick up the butt
 
Just looked at your stats is your current wrong or am I wrong? Off to do calculations.

Done. Have you just not updated or put the wrong weight or something? I thought I read wrong
 
mine are wrong!! I will change them asap :) I am deffo up for a buddy in this! I will change my stats when I have new scales and after birthday indulgences!

I am so excited to get going again

I'll be 24 in a couple of months :( I want to be 24 and nearly at goal, not 24 and nearly back to where I started.

Updated my stats :( I hold my hands up to a terrible terrible couple of months with several false restarts where I lasted about 3 days.
 
I am debating not getting scales and getting my start weight from the gym and then getting my end weight when I go back. Or weighing once a month. Or do you think weekly would be best? Decisions decisions!

Its really hard to do but I think once we can face up to whats gone wrong we can move on again. Don't dwell on it, join the boot camp fun and get cracking! I am 25 on tuesday which makes me sad that I have wasted 15 years of my life being overweight. I have 5 years until I am 30, I have lots to do!!!!

We can do it!!!!!

I thought it was just me! Well, I didn't of course but sometimes it feels like it when you see what your mates and family are doing. Depressing isn't it? I feel like i've wasted the best years of my life.

I'm in 100%!
 
Theres still years left, so lets get this weight off and enjoy our lives :)
