Hi folks you all know I am the freak who can't lose weight on Atkins.
I hope you don't mind but if I use this thread for a week to write down all my food perhaps we can get to the bottom of why I am not losing, so if it is OK with you guys I will put down my food and you could all help by commenting on things I am doing wrong.
If this not right and I should thread this somewhere else let me know

It'd do no harm to have it here woman.;)

Suepass did u get the wee email I sent back the other day? X
no there is nothing in my private messages. am I looking in the wrong place.

Sat-
B-too busy at work

D- home made lamb burger, lettuce,
x2 tea, vodka-lots pepsi max (i know i know i know)

Sun
Brunch-streaky bacon x4 rasher scrambled eggsx2. 1 mims.
D- will be x2 med sized lamb burger, string beans,
x1 tea (with milk) x1 coffee with cream
water++++++++
Am cutting down my portion sizes as I was being greedy and thinking about it was more than I used to eat.

Afternoon Sue

Watch the green beans, they're not on the A list of veg for induction (the sugar in them I think) - go for spinach or cabbage instead :) because you need 2 mugs of the A list veg before you go to the B list (which has string beans on it)

From Jim's "So you're thinking of doing Atkins" sticky

Vegetables
You can have two to three mugs per day of:

daikon radish
mushrooms
Rocket
endive
parsley
bok choi
pak choi
broad leaf endive
bell peppers
celery
fennel
radicchio
chicory
radishes
chives
lettuce
romaine lettuce
cucumber
lambs lettuce
sorrel

These salad vegetables are high in phytonutrients and provide a good source of fiber.

Other Vegetables:

You can have one mug per day of these veggies if salad does not exceed two mugs. The following vegetables are slightly higher in carbohydrate content than the salad vegetables:

artichoke
celeriac
pumpkin
artichoke hearts
asparagus
swiss chard
sauerkraut
bamboo shoots
spring greens
spring onion (scallions)
snow peas
bean sprouts
spaghetti squash
beet greens
eggplant
spinach
broccoli
hearts of palm
string or wax beans
broccoli
kale
brussels sprouts (Ugh!)
kohlrabi (German Turnip)
leeks
cabbage
okra (ladies fingers)
water chestnuts
cauliflower
onion (in moderation)
courgettes

If a vegetable, such as spinach or tomato, cooks down significantly, it must be measured raw so as not to underestimate its carb count.

Thanks will have spring greens or lettuce instead.

B-bacon eggs with lots of toast and butter -wishful thinking. just the bacon and eggs.
L- ham, chicken(with skin) salad-lettuce, spring onions x2. lots of vin and oil dressing.D- will be hot chicken, spring greens, runner beans (2.4 carbs per 100g)
snack- small avocado lots of dressing Oil+vin.
