Chinese takeawy

Hi could some one tell me if a whole special chow mein is 9 points from a takeaway shop like it says in the eat out guide or whether the points they use in the guide are for a restaurant size potion which is much smaller and if it is for the restaurant potion how much you would put for a take away sized one

A number of people have called WW to ask this question and, as I understand it, they've all been told it's a restaurant portion.

I tend to point one at about 14pp. I just can't get my head around how it could be 9.
