Although I have only been on the diet for 2 days I already felt better whilst out clothes shopping today. Not that I look any different but was so much more positive knowing that soon I will be able to pick virtually anything in the shop and it will look great!
So... I find clothes shopping a great motivator, so thought I might go regularly to pick outfits that I would like to wear once I'm skinny, now that I know I will get there!
