My brain is totally in diet mode and has been for couple weeks now. But.. Tried a few pair of jeans on that I fit in to about 6 months ago and cant shut them! Jus makes me sick to see how iv let myself get so bad. I thought I was fat when I wore my jeans ! And now I cant even fit in them.
Sorry to go on I just felt I needed to let it out to people who understand!
I feel better now x
 
at least you are working towards them fitting again, losing weight takes time and things do not happen over night, leave trying on again for maybe a month other wise you may get disheartned if they still do not fit trying on any sooner.

Ahh il try not to, it really did get me down. Im just so disappointed in myself. Al get ther in the end x

At the moment I only wear leggings cos im detemined not to buy the next size up! I only need to lose one dress size to get in them. They arent my goal clothes cos im wantin to lose a couple more dress sizes but I will feel much better when im in them!
 
Kimmy, I can sympathise as I know how devastated I feel when I think I should be able to fit into something and find I can't. I hope you have got over the initial upset and are now using them as a great incentive. Every time you are tempted to eat something you shouldn't just think of those trousers first!!

Ahh im jus too impatient and I look at myself and how the hell am I gna **** all this! Thnx for that I will def think of them jeans wen I want a naughty! :) x
