Are you sure it's grumbling and not gurgling/bubbling? If it is the later then I usually get this a little while after having a meal. Have you been for a pooh yet? As some ppl get a bit of an upset tummy towards the end of the first week as their body adjusts to all the vitamins and minerals.

maybe it is just gurgling, iv just drunk a load of water and its stopped. And yes i have been to the toilet cheers
