I haven't come 'off the plan' (yet!!), but am just wondering - does it take the same amount of time to get back into ketosis further down the line as it does when initially starting out and is it as tough on your body/mind to do it again as it was the first time?
So, if I had some sort of social do coming up and was happy with my loss so far - would I have to go through the same process again if I had a day where I ate carbs again?
I'm just wondering if it becomes faster/easier than the initial time or would it still take up to 5 days or so?
I'm not planning anything that is going to involve eating lots of carbs but am just wondering for future reference
