Hi all,
I went on a power plate for the 1st time today. It was a bit more uncomfortable that i thought it would be but then i suppose i didn't know what to expect!!! but then no pain no gain! My stomach, legs, and arms are killing. Hope that means it has done something. I will have to wait and see.
Has anyone else used one for a long amount of time, what did you think did you get results from it??? xxx
