Incredibly easy recipe for mushrooms my best friend gave to me years back, but it works fine for SW too.
Lots of mushrooms sliced
1 beef oxo cube
4tbs soy sauce
4 tbs oyster sauce 4 syns (1 syn per tbs)
Fry light
Fry sliced mushrooms until soft.
Add in soy and oyster sauces crumble in oxo and simmer until the liquid is thickened.
That's it!
Would make an excellent topping to a nice steak or just as a side veg for any day you decided to have.
