Hi exante users,
Does anyone know if hartleys sugar free jelly is allowed in exante ts and will it knock u out of ketosis...i had about 6 spoons of jelly last nite and im still in ketosis 3pm the following day,...it may be a little like coke zero, small amounts now and then probably wont send u out of ketosis...i'm curious to know what others think...cheers jennifer:)

No its not 'allowed' and personally I wouldnt risk it, its a slippery slope... this is a TFR for a reason and once you try one thing.... some jelly has citric acid too

i just couldn't eat anything on TFR because i know if i had even 1 egg or slice of chicken i couldn't stop myself from having one slice of cake or a whole packet of biscuits!

i felt bad just havin a bar for tea n not a shake lol :)

Thanks guys for ur input...i guess i'll keep away from the jelly...i know only too well about the slippery slope...i think i just wanted something to curb my sweet tooth in an emergency, something to fall back on if things got tough...cheers jen:)

When I was on CD, we could use their water flavourings with gelatin and make jelly that way and it went towards our water intake. Just wondering whether it could be done on exante using flavoured water (malic acid, of course). Just a thought anyway.
