ive come to work, on a late and forgotten my exante shake!!!! what can i do, superdrug over the road have biggest looser and slimfast but thats all they have in or the celebrity slim. Which will be best just as a one off as i cant go all afternoon without one i would just eat something very wrong

BL bar seems ok (just read the bar thread - all 22 pages of it ), but Slimfast definitely NOT.

i will get one of them then, i dont like the slimfast shakes they are groce!!!!!!!

No bl shakes left only atkins ones left at boots very low carbs might just wait to go home
