Heya. Had my first weigh in last night, ive been working so hard all week and lost 1 and a half pounds. I was a bit disappointed as everyone has been loosin far more in their first week.
Also my sister lost 4 pounds and he has been eating kfcs and chineses most of the week. Any tips of how i cud loose more next week?
