Hi everyone,

Not posted for a bit but have been on most days having a good read!!

I get weighed tomorrow and am hoping for a decent loss, although its my totm - how annoying...Only lost 1lb last week so fingers crossed :sigh:

Anyway - I spoke to my cdc and im going on to 810 at the end of June for two weeks, then 1000 for two weeks then Weight Watchers by the time I go on hol on the 1st Aug.

Im feeling a million times better about myself and im finally ready to deal with food (two weeks of sole source to go). Ive planned my reintroduction to food to the finest detail lol and my goal is to never have to do a meal replacement diet again..

No matter what happens I need to retrain my brain to understand that I can eat food and lose weight if I wish. This diet is great for fast results but ultimately, the next stage of the journey (facing food!) is far harder and far more important to me.

I just wanted to share!! I know a few people ask about the transition to WW so I plan to keep a bit of a diary so others can see how im doing should they plan to do the same. Ill be starting on 29 points on WW at the end of July.

Sorry to ramble - I just wanted to share it with you all really! Comments or advice appreciated as im nervous about it - but excited at the same time.

Hope everyone is doing well! Im tucked up in bed with water and my laptop - it always helps!:D:D

xxxxxx

good luck hun i'm going away in july and i'm doing same thing i start 810 next week.

WHATS GOING ON????

Well, had my weigh in this morning and have lost nothing!!!! Still 11st 10!!!!

WHY?

I have been 100%, I have the following:

Morning - tetra
Lunch - Soup
Tea - Shake

Thats all I have - I only drink water no other drinks. Can anyone help me explain this - feel really disappointed.

:mad::mad::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

ok - well my thoughts are your body has taken a natural stall - maybe you need to shock it back in to dieting, go to 810 for a bit and then out.

Or it could just be your natural weight.

Or you need to eat more and exercise more?

Who knows but - don't worry! And don't go off course.

It will defo catch up... :) xx

Good luck x
