TGI Fridays?

Better to Drink your Syns
I will be going to TGI Fridays on Friday, lol, with my son, who is treating me to lunch, after we go shopping for some new clothes for him.
But, I haven't been there since starting SW, so unsure what to have.
I would normally have mushroom alfredo, followed by steak and a full salad, and normally wine and cocktails, but will be driving so no alchohol!
Is there a better choice of starter, and is there a syn laden dressing on the salad?
 
Just checked the menu online, and do you think that the brushetta would be a better option than the mushroom alfreddo?

Also it is normally the 12 oz ribeye that I have, plus of course, the peppercorn sauce.
 
Enjoy....... I always used to go there and have the same meal every time...... Mozerella dippers the chicken finger blt, those were the days, wouldn't be stone lighter now tho! You can treat yourself once in a while :) x
 
TGI's is probably the most difficult place to find anything healthy - I would just enjoy whatever you want, and then lower your syns for the rest of the week :)

That's exactly what I ended up doing, and now I have three days to weigh in to get back on track!
 
Going to TGI's for my birthday meal this evening, with hubby and the two children, really looking forward to it, and of course after getting to Target this week I can relax a little about what I choose.
And definately going to have the FBI ice cream cocktail for dessert today!
Also thinking of having the fajitas instead of steak.
