So I started at the gym tonight and have been given a plan of 15 mins on the treadmill, 15 mins on the cross trainer and 10 mins on the bike. There are entries for power walking and the bike on the eSource but not for the X trainer. Whats the best thing to compare it to? I've done it manually and said I did 15 mins of a high intensity activity and it said 2 points.
How does this sound for those of you who gym it?
P.S. The X trainer is evil and I want it to die. That is all.
