Hi there

Does anyone know if sweetcorn is allowed on refeed?

Sweetcorn isn't listed on the refeed sheet as I believe it is higher in carbs unfortunately and cannot be eaten before day 3

on the guidelines it does say any veg after day 4 except avocado so assumed they were okay, i only had max 3 at two meals so not to worried about them, the best thing to do is email lipotrim x

Yep, I think from day 4 it is allowed
