Hi,

I haven't got my books with me and i am going shopping straight from work. Does anyone kbow if Nimble bread is a HEB. If yes which one as i know there is a few different ones x

2 slices of Nimble malted wholegrain or Nimble wholemeal according to the website

Even nimble white is a HEB! 2 slices.

After all that my local tesco doesn't stock nimble bread!!!! I can't believe it. It's the biggest tesco in the uk!!! L xx

It's got fibre added, if you check the nutritional info you'll see it's got even mote fibre than many wholemeal breads!

Ah right, bizarre! I eat the Weight Watchers Malted Danish one. Kast time I did this 3 slices of it was one HEXB but it seems to have disappeared off the list :( I'm still eating it tho

Nimble white is 7.5% fibre and nimble wholemeal is 6.8% fibre! Amazing really, and it doesn't taste bitty or anything. Great with a slathering of jam :D

WW sliced brown danish is a healthy extra, not sure malted is anymore...

I've seen the brown one on the list but I've never seen it in actual real existence in any supermarket, anywhere, ever... I'm sure it's a total myth:rolleyes:

Wish I'd read this before I went to Asda yesterday, and I was looking at the white Nimble and thought that I had imagined that it was a HEXB, so will give it a go next time

Does anyone know if the Weight Watchers Grainy bread is a HEB? I'm not sure of its "real" name I just saw it in Tescos on my way to work this morning & thought I'd ask.
