Horrid day

:cry:Having a horrible day, can't focus at all!!! All i can think about is sodding food!!! :cry:I've had my morning and afternoon shake and already had 3ltrs of water, I even did a biggest loser workout on the Kinect. None of it has taken my mind of the bloody cupboard, I honestly feel like screaming. Did anyone else get this way in their 3rd week?

Yes, I had 2 really horrible days and was so close to eating!

Take yourself to bed as early as you can hun - i take my lap top and a bottle of water with me and read/post on the forum.

Thanks ladies, think i'm just having one of those day :( I shall be off to bed soon as I think that i'm also sleep deprived (thanks to my son) and that's not helping my rationality when it comes to food.

It was end of the 2nd week and beginning of the 3rd for me! Was stir crazy and ended up baking and giving all the food away before I could scoff it lol!

It does get better and a bit easier as time goes on. Normally when I'm 'hungry' I have mint tea and an early bedtime! Hope you're feeling better soon!
 
i've been like that this week was naugthy today so i'm gonna pay for it.
