oh lord help me
nothing in but eggs and eggs and cheese
gosh completely forget what i can have now

any quick tips or vital foods u have in to help u surive

Hey you. Think steaks, sausages, burgers, chicken doused in butter or cream sauce with GREEN veggies. That should do it!

thnaks guys yes i just got keep thinkin i can eat loads and just plan
can u have unlimite eggs every day
had 3 egg ommellete earlier and nothing much else in

you can't do low fat, low calorie Atkins.

Welcome back Skinny! You aren't alone hun. Don't just stick to eggs, although they are lush (I scramble them with cheese:D) Think MEAT cooked in coconut oil or butter & green leafy veg cooked in butter & cheese (if it doesn't stall you) etc etc....read the recipe thread & good luck :D
