Ive enjoyed the way of eating but it's time to admit Atkins just doesn't work for me and i can't stand the thought of fat fasting so i've decided to go back to slimming world. i'm going to do the original plan and introduce carbs slowly. since i've not actually lost anything in lbs or inches in the 4 weeks i've been doing it, am i libable to see a weight increase?
