Anybody on 4 products a day?

Just wondered if anyone is consuming 4 'products' a day as opposed to three, and if so how are your weight loss results?
 
I think pretty much everyone is just on the recommended 3 a day.

Some people have the occasional 4th pack but not as a rule?

Just wondering why you feel you need 4 x
 
I started my first week having 4 and after 4 days reduced it down to 3.

On 5 of the 7 days for the first week I also had 2 bars, but I still had a 10lb loss that week :D
