Enjoy your meals, you are so deserving of them:)

Whats with the coke zero for breakfast & with every other meal?
I'd steer clear of that if you can. Have water with meals and keep up with the water intake you were having on LT it will do wonders :)

Other than that looks good :D

@summergurl: i havent had any coke zero today :) so far was going to have 1 with my dinner ... im still drinking 2-3l of water a day also. Ive been doing it for so long now its natural to me lol

Ah ideal :) nothing wrong with cole zero I'd just be inclined to not drink it with meals save it for after let the meal fill you up not the gas :)

Well done on enjoying your refeed. I'd steer clear of diet drinks too. These still create a desire for sugary or sweet food and drink.
After 26 weeks on TFR I decided to retrain my palate to new foods rather than straight substitutes for the old foods I loved. This, I believe, is something that has contributed to my maintaining my tfr losses and taking off another couple of stone.
There is a whole world of tasty healthy foods out there. We just have to discover the options we can enjoy.
Enjoy your refeed. Again, you are fantastic to have done so well.
Keep posting to encourage other guys on the same journey.

Menus looking good except the 4th meal, supper. Do you work long days or something?

If not I'd try steer clear of it if you can :)

@summergurl: i was asking the pharmacist about it and he was saying to have the evening snack for the extra nutrients and vitamins. I was going to skip it but not sure if to or not. what you think :)

Only snack if you genuinely need it :) x

I'd avoid getting into the habit of supper. Why not snack on fruit and a few nuts instead?

would the fruit n fibre not suit for that, it recommends to have a bagel but don't want to be overloading on carbs either.
