Good Morning Everyone!
Total Newbie on day 5 now, getting ready to make a vanilla shake with my (now cold) coffee. That will be a first, so, here's hoping I don't waste a shake!
I started this with the intent of just doing a week (ha!) but, now that I'm here, my goal is to stick with it for three weeks, one day at a time.
i look forward to using this forum for support and tips.
