breakfast fruit and muller light youg
snack one alpen (1/2 a HEB) cereal bar and a banana
lunch 2 slices slimming world quiche and lentil soup
snack alpen bar (other 1/2 of HEB)
tea (really wasnt hungry) 2 slices sw quiche (the one made with pasta and eggs i love it) slimming world rice pudding (5 syns worth)
supper fibre plus bar (HEB) magical elves bar (3.5 syns) and a pear.
my hexa are always milk for my cuppas
total 8.5 syns ( i will be trying to have the full syn allwance until i need to drop it but like saving for the weekend)
any comments welcome early days just wanna check if doing ok as i am an online member its nice to be able to interact with other sw members
