My weekend of self sabotage.....

Well it was my birthday over this weekend and i completely went on a massive binge....

Thursday Night- Chinese
Friday Day- Frankie and Bennys had a quarter of bbq chicken half ribs, with chips and a side order of onion rings
Saturday- Chinese
Sunday- Bacon, Eggs and Toast.


This morning i woke up to a 2lb gain don't feel that bad a bout it as i am hoping most of it is just carb build ups that will go in a couple of days, So i know have 3 weeks to the day to lose just over 10lbs.....

Massive binge? Is that it??

I could eat that much before 11am and still have room for lunch. That 2lb gain will come off fast. Are you back on track? How did yesterday go? Are you still planning your meals? I honestly think that was one of the key things for my weight loss, planning, planning and yep just a little more planning!

3 weeks until your holiday! 10 days until mine, and counting! I won't be at my target by then though. It's coming off sooo slowly but I guess I'm not doing as much (any?!) exercise and am trying to eat carbs each day so as not to yoyo back up as fast as I often do.
 
Yesterday was also a also a bad day, chicken nuggets and waffles. chicken sandwich, chocolate buscuits and a cream cake.

Am back on track as of today have had 2 apples for breakfast, soup for lunch and am gonna have a stir fry for dinner.

Knew i was gonna have a whatever weekend so didn't plan on what i was eating but am definitly gonna get back to recording what i eat it is so much harder to forget those cheats if there not written down staring you in the face.

Don't really feel as though I have lost any weight clothes are a bit looser but not falling down yet.

I keep meaning to do some exercise even if it is just a few toning up ones but never seem to have the motivation,

Yeah I'm not great on the old exercise front either. Since the weather improved though, I've been making a big effort first thing in the morning on the way to work not to change public transport and to walk the last 20 mins FAST... I certainly feel good for it when I arrive (yet feel stupidly "relieved" when I see it's raining in the morning and I don't have to do it!). Weird!

Holiday for me isn't a beach thing but helping renovate our country place in rural France. I hope the weather will be ok! How about you? On the beach somewhere hot?
 
Am going on a group holiday to tenerife theres about ten of us going on a club 18-30 holiday, did not realise that bit when we booked, can't handle being pressured into going on expensive excursions.

Am determined to do some exercise tonight if i can get the living room to myself for an hour... fat chance....

Am really interested in going to these body jam classes that Karen goes to but am so self concious i sould not handle being the biggest one there might save it for when i am closer to goal
