Hi I wonder if anyone could help please.
I like Quakers Oat so simple original porridge pots. Does anyone know the Syn value for these please xx
 
Quaker Oats so simple, Original, dried, 27g sachet = 5 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Golden Syrup, dried, 36g sachet = 6.5 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Apple & Blueberry, dried, 36g sachet = 6.5 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Honey & Almond, dried, 33g Sachet = 6 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Raspberry, dried, 35g Sachet = 6.5 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Sultanas, Rasisins, Cranberry & Apple, dried, 38.5g Sachet = 6.5 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Sweet Cinnamon, dried, 33g Sachet = 6 on all plans

Quaker Oats so simple, Winter Pudding, dried, 34g Sachet = 6.5 on all plans


Think these refer to just the dried mix, so if you make them up with milk etc. you would also have to account for that either by using your HeX or syns.
 
The porridge pots are different because they have milk powder already added so that you just add water and I would imagine sugar is already added too?
 
Oops - must read posts properly!! Hadn't realised it was the pots.
Original Pots are 9.5 syns on all plans.
Golden Syrup and Apple & Blueberry are both 10.5 syns on all plans
