Hello,
I've just boiled a massive amount of pasta, chopped a yellow pepper, red pepper, a carrot, 4 sticks of celery, half a cucumber, a tomato, 5 radish and some jalapenos. I'm trying to prep some lunch for tomorrow and Tuesday and maybe a bit for a snack if I get peckish at night.
My question is how to dress it. I have a bit of Fat Free Natural Yoghurt, I have lemons, I have ELF mayo (which I'd prefer not to use) I have store cupboard ingredients, paprika, mustard etc.. I'm also going to add some tuna or some smoked salmon (or both!) I don't have any fat free salad dressing or anything.
Any ideas of what to do with it would be great. My kitchen knowledge is nil-a tiny bit. Cooking the pasta was an achievement! I don't think just stiring the natural yoghurt in is the best idea!! Thanks in advance.
