Fat free frozen yoghurt?

Do you mean a fat free yoghurt that is frozen? If so it depends on the yoghurt you use as not all fat free yoghurts are syn free.

There is a new company called yoo moo opened where I live that sell fat free frozen yoghurt.. I have since searched this website and there is another post about it and it doesn't look like it is free unfortunately :-(
