Subway

Hello.

Not too sure how many syns this adds up too tried finding it on SW online but to no avail.

I had a 6 inch plain chicken (no cheese) on a wheat, with salad and low fat mayo!
I as assuming i could use the roll as my HEB?? So it would just be the mayo as syns?

I don't think you could use your HEX as the portion is a lot bigger than the portion you can have! According to syns online, all six inch subway rolls are 9 syns, except Italian herbs and cheese which I believe is 11

If it's wholemeal you can deduct 6 syns from that though - not sure if the wheat roll in subway is actually wholemeal though, I suspect not.
