been working so been easy to avoid the fridge.
first challenge is today when i have been at home.
used my syns already but is ok as i am having chicken and potatoes for dinner.

besides thats quite a lot those fuller longer meals from M&S do fill you up and i eat apples just before.
 
as long as you aint depriving yourself!

i dont eat as much in work either (no time to lol) so can understand that
