I think I made a big mistake by having lemon juice on my lettuce so it wasn't dry. Only realised this when someone posted that citric acid knocks you out of ketosis. Whoops!!

What else do people have on their salads? Is balsamic vinegar ok?

I think we are allowed balsamic vinegar! Don't quote me on that though...

Don't worry - it'll be fine - just don't keep doing it or it won't be fine any more Not sure about basalmic on SS+ Basalmic vinegar is pretty sugary...but then any vinegar gives me massive cravings so I avoid it until I'm on the higher plans.

Balsamic is fine on ss+ Hun I had some then had mega panic n checked with CDC n she said it's fine x
