EVening everyone, when I first joined sw my consultant advised to stick to ten syns per day which is what I have been doing but just for tonight I would like to relax bit more. I have the measuring jug out measuring my wine which is making me feel bit obsessed. this is reason I stopped ww, was getting myself in acaught up in point counting and what I could and couldn't eat. I enjoy sw very much but don't want to becomobsessed with syns. aJro when its wi on Tuesday it will be my star week which is already makin me think I won't lose or not a lot...someone please slap me?
