I have just had a look on the sw website and these are not listed. But I put all the info in the syns calculator per portion and it is coming out as free! Is this correct?

Hi Slimmerjess,
I really hope they are free as they'd be so handy for lunch at work.I don't have access to the slimming world website so couldn't look myself but do you think you'll count them as free?I saw a post when I searched a few days ago that said they are 6 syns but that seems a lot for 99% potato!

Well I put it in the syns calculator on the sw website and added potato as a free food and it came out as free on ee and green and 6 1/2 on red. I think it is free. Well I'm going to count it as free anyway lol x

No I haven't tried one yet but I will b tomorrow for my lunch at work.I will let you know what they are like! x

Yep they are frozen jacket potatoes, think they are new in Iceland, you get 4 for £1.50. There was some confusion over the syn value as they are 'lightly drizzled in extra virgin olive oil'. But Slimmerjess checked them out and it looks like they are free. You microwave them, takes 5 minutes and I tried them yesterday-they are nice actually. Obviously not crispy like proper ones but better then purely microwaving a spud, so well worth it!
