my pack have arrived so im starting my journey 2moro cant wait gunna. can anyone tell me if you can use fiber sure to help with goin the loo? also what flavoured water can you have xx

I've seen it mentioned in the Cambridge area that fibre-sure can be used, as long as it's the plain one.

If you go for a water flavouring, avoid the Exante one - as it has a high carb content.
