supersize > superPERFECT!
well on my traditional scales at home, i weigh 184lbs, and today i went for a snoop round my grandmas house and noticed some digital scales in a spare room... i couldn't help myself!!

and wha'dya know... i weigh 6lbs lighter !!
whats the catch !!!!!!

what do i trust?!?!

I would trust your own scales at home, scales work like any other scales, on a caliberated system (the post office have to have theirs checked by law)

you will go the most accurate readings, using the same scales at your home and weighing roughly in the same clothing ( i weight in the nude) and in the same place :)

I always wondered about that. My traditional scales and the docs are very similar but i have some all singing and dancing digital ones and they weigh me 4lbs heavier so they live in the cupboard!! lol.
I'm going to stick to my traditional scales and just count the loss.

I bought a new set of salter digital scales when i started and they seem accurate although my doctors scales weighed me differently last time, but the doctors had moved to a newly built surgery so that could be it... i'm going to buy some new regular scales too ;)

Hi

I once had digital scales that drove me insane :) Different readings within minutes, then read heavier than the docs scales, then lighter than the docs scales. I even kept the battery out, and fitted it weekly....still unreliable, so I bought medical scales like some doctors have!

I always weigh naked!!!! every monday morning, and I trust my scales and always 'believe' them. The trick is to always use the same set of scales, as scales do differ...and drive you mad :)

My scales last week read 18st 5... at the nurse's clinic the next day, her scales read 18st!! Even so, I stick to my own scales and their reading whatever it says :)

Good luck!
