Day 31 help

Hi guys

On day 31 and was doing so well, 7 lbs week 1, 6 week 2, 4lbs week 3 and yesterday 3 lbs week 4. It seems the amount of weight loss is decreasing and I was so annoyed just now I tasted spag Bol (meat and sauce only), will it knock me out of ketosis. When I say tasted it was about 2 teaspoons. Should I drink my final shake or not so as to compensate. So annoyed with myself

I think one odd blip is not going to make much difference. In the first week you lose glycogen and water so the weight loss tends to be huge, thereafter you are burning "the fat", you can't go on burning 7- 14 Ibs of fat every week can you?
Try not to compare yourself with other people on this forum. Everyone is different.
The weight loss varies from week to week, you are expected to lose up to a stone a month. Look at the overall picture, as long as you are losing over a stone a month, you should be happy, anything above that is a bonus.
Your average weight loss should be 2/4lbs a week, and for every poor weight loss, you will have 4 times as many big losses so it all evens out in the end. I hope this helps and please keep at it :D

Ditto to everything Dolphin has just said, and yes definitely have your last shake! You've done so well to get to day 31, hun, you'll be fine! :D
 
Thanks dolphin and Jessie. Will have my last shake. The guilt is immense but a new day dawns tomorrow. 20 lbs in 4 weeks, what other diet would allow u to loose as much. I lost sight of my goals for a brief moment back on track now.

Exactly, just carry on, you will be fine, we are all in the same boat:D
 
You wont come out of keytosis! but thats not to say you should remain 100% with Lipotrim.. trust me.. i speak from experience.. it increases to a few more teaspoons... then a meatball then a couple.. soon Lipowhim..

don't beat yourself up about it... make sure you drink your shake as that has key nutrients and minerals your body needs to survive.. Keep going.. well done with your weight loss so far!!!!

as long as you get back on the horse you will be fine i wish i was as far in as you look at the posotives
 
Week 5 weigh in today. Another 3 lbs really pleased considering the blip during the week. 23lbs in 5 weeks, this diet is so cool and well worth it. Back in the 11's now roll on the 10's.
