Thanks

good question!

Hey thats a really good question i found the same with some asda stuff!
Are you checking the weight of the item against the weight in the book - sometimes the wight is different.
Im doing the online ww and some of the pp values online are different when i use the calculator - but it was because the weights where different online than the actual meal.

Good luck!!!

The advice that I have always been given is to go by the values on the packet. Sometimes they change the recipe etc and it can change the points,so whereas the book can be out of date, the details on the pack will always be current.

I havent come accross any but I have seen lots of people saying that esource has lots of mistakes on it,so again better to go by the pack figures and work it out

Thanks for your replies I will have to check the weight as I didn't think of that and I will always go by the calculator as that seems to be the best way to go:)
Thanks
Kellie
