Hi, I am making a cottage pie tonight, and the whole meal (including veg and gravy) comes to 11 gm of fat, so well under the 15gm which is allowed per meal, my only concern is the lean mince I am using comes in at 11gm of fat per 100gms, will this still be ok do you think? I suppose its trial and error and I will find out tonight if it isnt, lol. My total fat intake for the whole day is only 24 so I will still be under the maximum fat allowed.
